The project is a small mixed-use building located in the access of a new park office within a suburb of Melbourne, Richmond. Its position on the terrain allows views over the Yarra River and the skyline to the north-west.

The program includes a Restaurant building and two shops at street level, plus two floors of office on these. The client / building owner will occupy part of office space. The building has a floor shaped a typical for the offices.

This partially evolved form of negotiation between a series of conflicts in planning. More importantly, however, the concept behind the design of the plant was to reach a form of resistant plant that would allow the building does not depend on complex architectural design details for their visual strength.
