In this reform and expansion of a house by the studio A-cero, led by J. Torres, R. Llamazares, is intended to respond to customer needs in terms of rooms and areas with special care in relation to the existing environment, materialized this care in the special care that provides the house with the existing vegetation, a cork of high ecological value .
The house was in a state of disrepair and neglect so that the studio has decided to give it a second chance to recover and all its light Mediterranean.
Housing is arranged on two floors high and low, spreading the floor in three pieces: guests, children and service, united by a common area consisting of lounge, dining room and connected to the upper floor where the bedroom main bathroom and dressing.
An interesting set of porches and terraces embrace the courtyard. Reduced in the intervention corridors, organizing the continuous stay in space, which is of particular attention by introducing warm lighting and cold sources and giving prominence to the indirect light that gives harmonious and serene environment. The architecture studio A-cero, directed by Joaquin Torres launches modular product architecture, based on the principles of industrialized construction. It applied to the construction the same procedures for standardization, modularity, technology, quality control and time that apply to many other fields of human activity, most obvious example being the production of cars, with more than one hundred years the approaches of Production Lines Henry Ford.
The advantages of it, with production workshop and assembly on site, shorter and more specialized labor, increase results in quality and price of the final product comparable to , while demanding greater control initial phases of design, since everything must be designed and controlled in advance, with no room for improvisation.

A sculpture in marble travertine house red is the star today in this blog. Twinned prisms and layers overlying skin bend defined as the residence based on the works of Chillida.
It is a building of 1437.49 m2 situated on the outskirts of Madrid on a large plot with an average slope that has been used to organize the construction in three levels and integrating the best in the environment.
ELEVATION
Looking for this integration of the construction with the natural landscape surrounding it, raises a roof garden with trees.
In lower level is located housing the garage, a lobby-dealer, game room, indoor pool, the pool locker room, cellar, storage room, the gardener, toilet facilities and three quarters.
BASEMENT

Today we continue with the project yesterday to show you the interior of the residence located in the municipality Sanxenso Galicia (Pontevedra).
The house has three floors consisting of the axis of the stairs, which functions as an inevitable reference that allows the visual connection between the basement and ground floor. Access to housing is taking place on the ground floor where the public areas of the house: entrance hall, cloakroom, living room, dining room and summer kitchen.
Additionally, this level is reserved an area for the guest bedroom and bathroom. This facility is open to the views from the living room through a pane of glass nine-meter motor hidden in the basement. Thus, this space becomes a large summer porch with no railing, wall or other architectural design elements that may hinder the contemplation of the environment.
Emphasizes the visual game that provides the stairs and open space on the double-height living room. At a lower level rooms are located facilities, garage and a bedroom for the service you receive direct sunlight and ventilation from the outside through a courtyard.
